  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

  • Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping within the US.

Return Shipping & Costs

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Return shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and may issue a replacement or refund.
